Job summary

Codec is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Engineer to enhance a business-critical Microsoft application platform. The role involves designing, developing, and improving solutions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive continual improvement across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing custom plugins and integrations using C# and Microsoft best practices.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and modern ALM practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deliver new application capabilities, workflow automation and business process improvements aligned to customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, integrations, workflows and Power Platform components.
• Lead the technical implementation of approved change requests and enhancement initiatives.
• Analyse existing functionality and recommend improvements to user experience, process efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CE customisations, Dataverse solutions, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate solutions, and custom integrations.
• Support solution deployment and release activities using Azure DevOps.
• Act as a senior technical resource within the delivery team.
