Senior Monitoring & Observability Engineer

Job summary

As a Senior Monitoring & Observability Engineer, you will manage and enhance the Grafana environment for visualizing key performance indicators, oversee the migration to a Kubernetes-based platform, and develop modern monitoring and reporting solutions. You will also automate and standardize processes related to monitoring and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in administration and development of Grafana
• Solid knowledge of container technologies
• Experience with monitoring, metrics, and logging systems
• Experience in integration and visualization of KPI and operational data
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern CI/CD processes
• Structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative with teams

Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously develop the Grafana environment
• Migrate existing Grafana solution to a Kubernetes-based platform
• Analyze existing dashboards and optimize for usability and performance
• Integrate relevant data sources and maintain existing integrations
• Develop modern monitoring and reporting solutions
• Support automation and standardization of processes
