Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

The Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer will support and develop critical core infrastructure systems, focusing on network infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Trust’s primary network infrastructure
• Assist in managing the Trust’s physical server infrastructure and datacentres
• Maintain a secure and resilient network environment
• Manage Windows Server environment 2019/2022 and Active Directory
• Maintain backup and data recovery platforms
• Manage security patching and firmware updates of network components
• Mentor team members with technical support
• Manage 2nd/3rd line incidents and changes
• Participate in out of hours work and on-call support
• Coordinate with Service desk Manager and 1st line teams
