Job summary

This role designs, implements, operates, and improves OT shared services and platform services in an industrial data center, connecting architecture and engineering with hands-on operations. Responsibilities include integrating OT applications, maintaining service availability, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management, and providing second- and third-level support. The environment includes Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, network shares, virtualization, storage, backup, and monitoring.

• Higher technical education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• At least 4 years of relevant OT experience in industry, production, or critical infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, and OT-focused application management
• Experience with virtualization, virtual servers, storage, backup, monitoring, OT shared services, and platform services
• Knowledge of OT and cybersecurity principles and ability to implement pragmatic, risk-based solutions
• Very good German and English skills, at least C1
• Hands-on approach and willingness to connect architecture, engineering, and operations
