Job summary
Design and implement observability-as-code solutions across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) to support monitoring across multi-cloud environments. Build Terraform-based infrastructure and CI/CD GitOps workflows for Dynatrace, automate deployments and configuration with Python and APIs, and collaborate with DevOps, platform, security, and application teams to deliver scalable observability.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years of software development and platform engineering experience in financial technology or financial services.
- Expertise in Python, DevOps, and multi-cloud automation.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, APIs, and observability implementation.
- Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and OCP, including containerization and microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of observability principles, CI/CD automation, GitOps workflows, security standards, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience with the Grafana Stack: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Mimir.
- Experience with Catchpoint for synthetic monitoring and real user experience tracking.
- Expertise in OpenTelemetry standards and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement observability-as-code solutions across AWS, Azure, and OCP using Terraform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynatrace configuration management and GitOps monitoring deployments.
- Automate Dynatrace provisioning, scaling, and updates across multi-cloud environments using Python and APIs.
- Develop Python frameworks for observability deployment, validation, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with DevOps, platform, security, and application teams to translate business requirements into scalable observability solutions.
