Senior Platform & DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Berlitz is seeking a Senior Platform & DevOps Engineer to design and scale their next-generation cloud infrastructure and software delivery ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE
• Production-level knowledge of AWS core services
• Understanding of Docker and container runtimes
• Proficiency with Terraform
• Proficiency with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions
• Ability to write maintainable code in Go, Python, or Bash
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate secure multi-account environments across AWS
• Design and optimize container orchestration layers on AWS ECS
• Build secure automated delivery workflows using GitHub Actions
• Provide self-service infrastructure blueprints
• Establish telemetry, logging, and alerting systems
• Embed automated security checks and secure secrets management
