Qualifications
- Possess senior-level engineering experience and ability to own projects from idea to production.
- Experience shipping real-world LLM applications in production, not just demos.
- Proficiency in prompting, evaluations, retrieval, agents, and safety guardrails for LLMs.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Enjoy teaching, writing documentation, conducting workshops, and pairing with colleagues.
- Pragmatic approach to shipping the smallest useful product and iterating based on user feedback.
- Curious and self-driven regarding the AI industry, able to distinguish hype from substance.
Responsibilities
- Understand operational challenges across various teams (Operations, People, Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering) to identify AI opportunities.
- Prototype, build, and ship internal AI tools and integrations from conception to production.
- Conduct enablement activities including office hours, internal workshops, written guides, and 1:1 advisory sessions.
- Establish patterns and reusable building blocks (prompts, evals, agent scaffolds, internal APIs, documentation).
- Integrate AI models and tools into existing systems and processes, and provide feedback for AI infrastructure and platform decisions.
