Qualifications
- Experienced engineer (3+ years) with a strong growth mindset
- Track record in independently driving X-as-a-Service solutions
- Experience as a Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer in an agile organization
- Ability to use AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Python, Go, Chef, and Terraform to build robust, scalable, and user-focused solutions
- Profound understanding of DevOps practices and development productivity topics
- Takes ownership of work from requirements to implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Strives for continuous improvement, standards, and best practices
- Knowledge in software development, quality assurance, or product management is a plus
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Join an agile team to shape the future direction of the global engineering platform
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions to optimize the global engineering platform
- Ensure the global engineering platform is reliable, robust, and state-of-the-art
- Collaborate with engineering teams to balance operational excellence and new initiatives
- Provide support for global engineering platforms, including CI/CD tools and AWS landscape
- Facilitate adoption of DevOps practices and a 'you built it, you run it' culture
