Senior Platform Engineer, Dashboard Platform

Job summary

Algolia is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong focus on infrastructure automation for their Dashboard Platform team. This role involves working on core features of the Algolia Dashboard, building new services for the infrastructure platform, and creating tooling and guidelines for a great Developer Experience. The ideal candidate will lead projects autonomously, plan strategically for the company's global benefit, and orchestrate changes across multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of modern infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform on cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with AI coding agents
• Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices
• Strong focus on Developer Experience
• Well-spoken and written English skills
• Experience with companies at a similar stage (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR, high growth, building internal infrastructure)
