Senior Platform Engineer – Developer Experience (m/w/d)

Job summary

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Hellmann, you will develop and enhance the AWS and Kubernetes platform, focusing on automation and developer experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AWS and Kubernetes including troubleshooting
• Strong background in IaC and automation
• Deep understanding of Linux, containers, and networking
• Desire for other developers to enjoy their work
• Experience with parts of the tech stack (ArgoCD, Karpenter, Atlantis, Kyverno, Loki, Mimir, etc.)
• Practical experience in FinOps or cloud cost optimization
• Experience with internal platforms, Golden Paths, developer tooling, or custom CLIs
• Familiarity with workflow engines like n8n or Argo Workflows
• Contributions to open-source projects in code, issues, documentation, or maintenance

Responsibilities
