Job summary
Senior Platform Engineer specializing in Identity & Security to lead the technical direction of the identity platform, focusing on Keycloak and Zero Trust principles.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in software or security engineering
- Deep expertise in modern authentication
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI access management and security concepts
- Solid understanding of fine-grained authorization, Zero Trust, and cloud-native engineering
- Strong sense of E2E ownership and business curiosity
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for engineering identity and security
- Shape the evolution and operations of the Enterprise Identity Platform
- Develop and articulate the target picture for identity and security
- Set engineering standards, reviews, and quality gates
- Partner with business domains to translate insurance requirements into security outcomes
