Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and operate an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that enhances AI-First Delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Full-stack software engineering background.
• Senior-level experience in cloud platforms or infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of observability, metrics, and security as code.
• Product mindset for internal tooling.
• Professional-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the IDP with golden paths and self-service templates.
• Own CI/CD and GitOps, driving migration off Azure DevOps.
• Provision cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm.
• Improve observability and reliability through system instrumentation.
• Advance AI-First Delivery and the ADP with agent-ready context.
• Own a capability area end to end and set standards.
• Design capabilities for adoption and gather feedback.
