• Extensive hands-on experience with WebLogic at production scale
• Extensive experience with automation and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to document and transfer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a well-functioning Donna
• Create a reproducible, version-parameterized runtime stack from code
• Set up automated environments including data and configuration management
• Implement a technically enforced production and testing process with quality gates
• Conduct data-independent and automated testing
• Migrate to a Grafana observability stack
• Simplify authentication and authorization within the system
