Job summary
Ray*** is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to integrate software developed in C++, C, and Java on hardware operating RedHat and Windows within a Layer3 network.
Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with scripting languages (E.g. Perl, Python, Bash).
- Experience with ClearCase, Git or other configuration management tools.
- Experience with configuring, deploying and maintaining Linux operating systems.
- Experience developing software using C++, C and Java.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Interim Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support and improve the DevSecOps Pipeline.
- Handle emergency situations that stop the pipeline.
- Collaborate with engineers of all levels.
- Debug and correct stability issues in software baselines.
- Configure and install Operating Systems (RHEL).
- Configure and install Network Switches (Dell, Cisco).
- Configure and install other network devices.
- Perform integration and testing of real-time embedded software.
- Maintain and enhance the tooling infrastructure.
