Senior Platform Engineer

Job summary

Ray*** is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their agile product team in Plano, TX. The role involves leveraging best practices for the deployment and support of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, as well as integrating security and compliance into the platform.

Qualifications

• degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• experience with Infrastructure automation and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible
• experience with software deployment and Agile development methodologies
• current CompTIA Security + or ability to obtain within 90 days
• active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• assist with deployment, implementation, modernization, and support of IAC solutions
• write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for modern platform infrastructure
• assist with design, architecture, development, and support of build/test pipelines
• support software tool customization and automation using Ansible Playbooks
• integrate security and compliance into the platform
• provide operational support for the platform
