Job summary
The U.S. Senate is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (ServiceNow) to design and implement complex integrations and scalable platform features. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- Experience with CMDB, ITSM, EAM, ITAM, SAM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, KPI reports, and dashboards.
- Proficient with Oracle, SQL Server, .NET, and Java.
- Skilled in developing system interfaces such as APIs, SOA, RESTful, and JSON.
- Background in developing custom applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow applications like HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
- Involved in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools like GitLab for managing requirements.
- Understanding of UI and UX design principles.
