Job summary

Senior Platform Engineer / SRE responsible for building and operating the on-premise cloud platform at OVHcloud.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as SRE, Platform Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
• Daily practice of AI-assisted engineering
• Solid experience with OpenStack
• End-to-end management of compute infrastructure
• Proven experience with container orchestration in production
• Advanced Linux system administration skills
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) and GitOps workflows
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous on-premise cloud infrastructure based on OpenStack
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform
• Drive continuous development of Kubernetes stack and GitOps workflows
• Manage lifecycle of compute infrastructure
• Enhance AI foundation of the team
• Contribute to self-healing processes
• Design and implement test suites aligned with specifications
• Document and package solutions for smooth deployment
• Continuously improve platform based on telemetry and feedback
• Act as a technical reference and mentor
