Job summary
The Senior Platform Engineer will contribute to the UFM platform by developing core components such as the workflow engine, authentication, and API. The role requires significant enterprise SaaS experience and involves designing for multi-country compliance and multi-tenancy.
Qualifications
- 8+ years software development, significant enterprise SaaS experience
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript / Node
- Experience with state machines or workflow engines preferred
- Comfortable with legacy systems and multi-country enterprise
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Build platform core: workflow orchestration, API platform, data layer, integration framework
- Make technical decisions: architecture, stack evolution, scaling
- Deliver multi-tenancy and authorisation work for client-facing modules
- Design for multi-country compliance: business rules, tax
- Establish patterns for product pods: testing, observability, conventions
- Work with AI coding agents
