Contribute to the development of the UFM platform, focusing on core components such as the workflow engine, authentication, and API.
Qualifications
- 8+ years building software with enterprise SaaS experience
- Deep TypeScript / Node knowledge
- Experience with state machines or workflow engines is a plus
- Comfortable with legacy and multi-country enterprise reality
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Build the platform core with the pod lead: workflow orchestration, API platform, data layer, integration framework
- Own technical decisions: architecture, stack evolution, scaling
- Deliver multi-tenancy and authorisation work for client-facing modules
- Design for multi-country: business rules, tax, compliance
- Set patterns for product pods: testing, observability, module conventions
- Work AI-native with coding agents
