Job summary
The Senior Platform Engineer provisions, configures, operates, and maintains enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure, and designs reliable, sustainable, cost-effective solutions across multiple technologies. The role also manages a small data center and may oversee multiple projects, supporting hybrid-cloud automation, virtualization, Windows and Linux servers, enterprise NAS, Active Directory, and networking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of related computing experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools such as Ansible and Salt
- Experience developing automation and infrastructure management software at scale in a hybrid-cloud environment
- Full-stack development experience
- Advanced Windows and Linux server administration experience
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms, enterprise NAS, Active Directory, networking, and supporting hardware
Responsibilities

- Design and implement reliable, sustainable, cost-effective infrastructure solutions according to documented standards
