Xapien is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of their cloud infrastructure, focusing on optimizing systems for scalability, reliability, and maintainability using AWS technologies.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Go or C#
- Experience in building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS
- Experience architecting cloud-native applications with microservice design patterns
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture best practices
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Github Actions or GitLab CI
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems
- Knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL stores
- Experience with message queues and event streams
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using microservice design patterns
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure
- Collaborate with the development team
- Ensure security, compliance, and data protection best practices
