Job summary
The Senior Platform & Reliability Engineer is tasked with architectural ownership of shared infrastructure services, including API gateways, persistent storage, and observability stacks. Responsibilities encompass designing an on-call process, enhancing observability practices with tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and providing technical guidance across teams to mitigate risks and improve system reliability.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles
- hands-on experience with distributed storage systems (Ceph) and Kubernetes persistent storage (Longhorn)
- experience operating API gateways and ingress (Kong, Nginx Ingress)
- experience with CDN/edge security, DDoS mitigation, and WAF configuration (Cloudflare)
- strong grounding in system design fundamentals
- experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- experience with secrets/identity infrastructure (Vault, Keycloak) and messaging systems (NATS)
- professional fluency in English
