Job summary
The Senior Power Platform Engineer role is centered on delivering high-quality solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining applications, building workflows for complex business processes, and integrating data between enterprise systems and SharePoint/M365, while ensuring quality through user acceptance testing.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in SharePoint and O365 development
- Demonstrated expertise in PowerApps
- Power Automate — complex multi-step flows with file/media handling
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and platform constraints
- Data integration experience with SharePoint/M365
- Working knowledge of Azure fundamentals
- Proven track record of delivering on time and owning quality through to business UAT
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain solutions, including connected and offline applications
- Build and maintain workflows supporting complex business processes
- Design scalable, performant solutions
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Support data replication and migration between enterprise systems and SharePoint/M365
- Own quality through to UAT
- Proactively communicate blockers and timelines
- Work effectively with process analysts, project managers, and business users
- SharePoint and O365 administration including PowerShell scripting
