Job summary
The Senior Product Engineer role focuses on developing and operating innovative IT solutions that support Clinical Development in a regulated environment. Key responsibilities include delivering software solutions, acting as a technical contact for internal customers, and managing IT systems across their lifecycle using modern technologies such as Python, Red Hat OpenShift, and AWS services.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in modern programming languages and backend technologies
- Experience with container-based or cloud-native solutions
- Experience in CI/CD environments and development toolchains
- AWS or Azure exposure, including Infrastructure as Code and databases
- Experience in IT consultancy, automation, or data science
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments
- Willingness to learn and grow with evolving product and organizational needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver and operate innovative software solutions in collaboration with the business community and IT units
- Act as a technical contact for internal customers and translate business demands into scalable IT solutions
- Work hands-on with modern technologies to build production-ready solutions
- Take end-to-end responsibility for IT systems across their lifecycle
- Contribute to release coordination, change preparation, operational readiness, and incident handling
- Act as a member of a product team, building solutions from prototyping to scalable services
- Contribute to architectural discussions and solution design
- Guide and collaborate with external developers
- Participate in agile delivery activities and support team coordination
- Contribute to capability development and roadmap planning
