Job summary

As a Senior Product Owner at GSK, you will lead the vision and roadmap for digital products that enhance data-driven decision-making and operational predictability in Development Operations and DevCMO Performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital delivery.
• Experience leading agile delivery teams and acting as the voice of the customer.
• Industry experience with data, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments with a focus on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for performance and operational-intelligence solutions.
• Translate business priorities and operational challenges into a clear backlog with product requirements.
• Lead agile delivery end-to-end, partnering with engineering, data, and design.
• Build partnerships across Development Operations, DevCMO, Technology, and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver tools and dashboards that improve operational predictability and decision-making.
• Enhance products using quantitative data, user feedback, and analytics.
• Champion data-driven practices and embed governance and compliance.
