Job summary
Designs and builds customer CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFr*** products and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and cloud services. The role supports customers’ DevOps and DevSecOps adoption, trains customers and open-source communities, collaborates with sales, support, development, and customer success teams, and relays customer needs to inform product roadmaps.

Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience with continuous integration tools, including Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and npm
- Experience building software delivery pipelines and using binary repository management, binary scanning, and continuous integration tools
- Understanding of infrastructure and operations, including storage, networking, computing, security, and public or on-premises cloud
- Experience with continuous delivery and deployment tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Hands-on Linux experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure
- Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with server-side software on premises and in the cloud
- Software architecture design and product development experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Design and build customer CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms
- Work with customers and internal sales, customer success, support, and development teams
- Build CI pipelines using Docker, npm, Java, and PyPI
- Train customers and the open-source community
- Influence product features and roadmaps based on customer needs
- Stay current with DevOps and CI/CD technology trends
- Build strong relationships with customers and the community
