Senior QA Automation Engineer - Digital Services and Integrations

Job summary

Own quality assurance across web, mobile, enterprise applications, and integrations by defining risk-based test strategies, building automated regression coverage, and providing evidence-based release recommendations. Validate end-to-end journeys, REST APIs, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, and Arabic/English experiences; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and conduct performance and authorized security checks using tools such as Playwright, Appium, Postman/Newman, k6, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software QA experience, including 3 years developing automated tests for enterprise or government applications.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience with Appium or an equivalent Android and iOS testing framework.
• Experience with Postman/Newman or equivalent tools for REST APIs and authentication flows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java for test automation.
• Practical experience with k6 or JMeter, workload modelling, and performance-result analysis.
• Ability to query SQL Server and validate Dataverse records and cross-system transactions.
• Experience testing Dynamics 365 or Power Platform applications preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Git, and structured defect and test management.
• Understanding of OWASP application risks and accessibility testing principles.
• Clear test reporting and coordination with technical teams and business users; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define risk-based test strategies, plans, scenarios, and requirements traceability for application changes and releases.
• Validate service journeys across portals, mobile applications, CRM, approvals, payments, and external integrations.
• Build and maintain reusable automated web, mobile, and API regression suites.
• Test API contracts, authentication, data mapping, failure handling, retries, and duplicate-transaction prevention.
• Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, workflows, permissions, and cross-system data consistency.
• Validate Arabic and English content, RTL layouts, responsive behavior, accessibility, and browser and device compatibility.
• Conduct performance testing and authorized application security checks, coordinating specialist security testing when needed.
• Record reproducible defects, support triage, verify fixes, and track recurring quality issues.
• Coordinate business UAT, report unresolved risks, and provide release-readiness recommendations.
• Integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines and maintain reliable test data and evidence.
