This role demands expertise in automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium, along with proficiency in Python and containerization technologies such as Docker, ensuring high-quality, reliable product delivery.

• 7+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
• 4+ years of demonstrable experience designing automation frameworks
• Demonstrable experience leading QA projects and initiatives
• Working knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines-as-code
• Experience containerizing test environments
• Coding skills: proficiency in Python required
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Own and extend the test automation framework across UI, API, and hardware-in-the-loop test surfaces
• Build and maintain the CI/CD test infrastructure
• Develop comprehensive test plans for software and hardware-in-the-loop product features
• Maintain test cases and scripts in the Test Management System
• Monitor production bugs to identify root causes
• Triage automation failures
• Design and execute performance and scale testing
• Evaluate, pilot, and introduce AI-assisted testing tools
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
