Job summary
Questrade Financial Group is seeking a Senior Release Engineer to optimize and modernize CI/CD pipelines for high-speed brokerage systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software/DevOps engineering experience
- 3+ years in release engineering
- Expertise in GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Jenkins
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with build systems across compiled languages and web stacks
- Experience with Apigee API Gateway
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain modular CI/CD pipelines
- Implement advanced build caching
- Design release pipelines for Angular Micro-Frontends
- Automate lifecycle of Apigee API proxy bundles
- Integrate AI-assisted code review tools
- Track and improve core DORA metrics
