Job summary
Fitch Group is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering team, focusing on AI in infrastructure engineering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with AWS services
- 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of a scripting language
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with globally distributed development teams to design, build, and operate reliable applications and services
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for reliability, security, and efficiency
- Identify and mitigate risk across cloud environments
- Implement proactive monitoring and observability practices
- Develop and maintain automation and tooling solutions
- Uphold infrastructure standards across cloud environments
- Troubleshoot high-priority incidents
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies
- Plan and execute disaster recovery testing
- Promote cost-conscious design and knowledge sharing
- Participate in on-call rotation
