Job summary
As a (Senior) Security Platform Engineer, you will shape the security platform, develop and optimize SOC tools, and enhance cyber defense.

Qualifications
- several years of professional experience in security engineering or security operations center
- proficient knowledge of SIEM, XDR, EDR, NDR, or PAM solutions
- experience in network and cloud security
- knowledge of frameworks and standards like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST or ISO 27001
- experience with at least one scripting language
- ideally worked with technologies like Splunk, SentinelOne, CyberArk or Proofpoint
- analytical, structured and independent work style
- willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- develop, operate and optimize security platform and SOC tools
- develop detection use cases and automations with security analysts
- integrate new data sources and systems into security platform
- plan and accompany introduction of new security solutions
- evaluate new technologies for added value
- work closely with infrastructure teams and information security
- ensure traceable documentation and support audits
- contribute ideas to platform development
