Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform engineering, administration, or development roles
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- 3+ years of experience providing Tier 2/3 platform support
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and support complex ServiceNow solutions
Responsibilities
- Own the technical and operational lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform
- Design, configure, and engineer ServiceNow solutions
- Lead complex technical implementations and enhancements
- Act as a senior technical authority and escalation point
- Partner with enterprise architecture and security teams
- Establish and maintain platform operational discipline
- Define, track, and analyze platform health and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers
- Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM best practices
