Job summary

ASR International is seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to provide Information Management and technical support for the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport, California.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering and developing SharePoint Online environments.
  • Experience with Information architecture, Permissions management, Content governance, Data management, Workflow automation.
  • Minimum 1 year of documented training, instructional, coaching, or end-user support experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Information Management and SharePoint SME supporting Marine Corps operations.
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Develop and implement workflow automation and business process improvements.
  • Resolve user trouble tickets and technical issues related to SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate Information Management and Knowledge Management working groups.
  • Provide end-user training, coaching, and technical guidance.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with Government leadership, functional stakeholders, and Information Management representatives.
  • Perform SharePoint Administrator functions supporting installation and tenant organizations.
  • Participate in planning meetings, project reviews, and command information management initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports and status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense, Marine Corps, and Information Assurance requirements.
  • Support classified and unclassified information environments as required.
