Job summary
Lead qualification strategy and performance validation for Azure Storage hardware and platform technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- Ability to meet Mic*** security screening requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years technical experience in service engineering or site reliability engineering
- 6+ years technical experience with large-scale cloud or distributed systems
Responsibilities
- Lead qualification and production readiness validation for Azure Storage hardware SKUs and platforms
- Drive qualification strategy, test planning, execution, and sign-off for Azure Storage deployments
- Serve as a technical escalation point for qualification failures and performance issues
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks to improve qualification efficiency and quality
- Monitor qualification pipelines and identify risks impacting production onboarding and service readiness
- Validate SKU readiness against Azure Storage performance and reliability requirements
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve qualification and performance issues
