Job summary

The Site Reliability Engineer role focuses on ensuring the stability and operational excellence of the Cashiering organization's Move Money platforms. Key responsibilities include managing application reliability through Service Level Objectives, leveraging observability tools like Splunk and Grafana, and supporting CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production applications or related technology environments
• manage application reliability through Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
• troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across applications and infrastructure
• experience with observability and monitoring tools
• knowledge of Cashiering and Move Money functions
• review and troubleshoot .NET and Java applications
• support CI/CD pipelines and operational support practices
• working knowledge of Jira, Bamboo, Confluence, Control-M, SQL Server, DB2
