Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for mission-critical applications
• Support live production environments with 24/7 on-call participation
• Deliver hotfixes and tooling improvements
• Contribute to application design and delivery in a Scrum team
• Manage changes, releases, and fixes according to governance processes
• Support Disaster Recovery capabilities and testing
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers for issue resolution
• Ensure traceability from business requirements to acceptance criteria
• Work with Service Management to resolve incidents and improve performance
• Maintain technical documentation and artefacts
• Drive innovation in production support through automation
• Contribute to production support strategy and technology selection
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective solutions
• Participate in agile deployments as part of a Scrum team
• Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis
