Senior Site Reliability Engineer

DeepL is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to identify, design, and implement technical solutions that support the team's goals. The role involves collaboration across teams to ensure reliable services and improve systems for product development.

Qualifications

• You have successfully worked in an SRE or DevOps environment where collaboration with other teams is as important as within your own team
• You possess a blend of experience in Platform and Cloud Engineering (Virtual and Physical hardware, ideally, blended [I|P|S]aaS) and Site Reliability
• You understand how to build systems and processes that are reliable and scalable
• You have a product mindset and recognise the customer experience is paramount

Responsibilities

• Identifying, designing and implementing technical solutions to enable team, track and business to achieve its short term goals
• Project and interrupt - oncall, team support requests - based work across all aspects on Site Reliability Engineering
• Collaborate with peers within the SRE track and across other engineers in the organisation
• Help ensure we consistently meet and exceed our Business Service Level Agreements and team SLOs
• Work closely with teams to bring about better practice and continually improve and evolve our systems to enable our teams to build and run great products
