• Assist application teams with configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot application and platform configuration issues.
• Configure integrations between customer systems and application platforms.
• Enable customer platform capabilities including email services and access controls.
• Deploy and support application platforms and cloud services.
• Utilize DevOps pipelines for maintenance and deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Participate in on-call support for customer application environments.
