Job summary
Lead high severity incident responses and enhance infrastructure supporting platform scale.
Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering roles in SaaS
- Practical experience with Linux, containerized systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to write code or scripts for infrastructure management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and version control at scale
- Calm under pressure during live incidents
Responsibilities
- Coordinate response across engineering teams during major incidents
- Own key pieces of shared infrastructure
- Conduct capacity forecasting, performance tuning, and controlled failure testing
- Enhance problem detection before customer impact
- Perform thorough retrospectives after incidents
- Mentor less experienced SREs through code and design review
