• Define and implement SRE best practices
• Expertise in production support, engineering, disaster recovery, automation, and cloud operations
• Mentor and guide a team of SREs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align reliability goals with business objectives
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical services
• Drive initiatives to improve system resilience and reduce operational toil
• Design self-healing systems and runbook automation
• Lead major incident response and perform post-incident investigations
• Champion monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies
• Build real-time dashboards for system health metrics
• Integrate reliability into application design and deployment
