Job summary
Fivetran is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the performance and reliability of their data infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the robustness of deployment pipelines and effective incident response.
Qualifications
- Expertise in managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, ArgoCD.
- Experience in Python/Shell scripting and Go.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with cloud networking, Site-to-Site VPNs, Privatelinks, Private Service connect.
- Experience using AI tools for code review and automation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor availability, capacity, and throughput of production infrastructure.
- Add reliability to product roadmap.
- Coordinate critical bug fixes for support or sales.
- Interface with engineering to ensure 100% availability.
- Automate scalable artifact deployment.
- Monitor and remedy infrastructure vulnerabilities.
