Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure

Job summary

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will build and scale Kubernetes infrastructure while solving reliability challenges across cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years managing distributed cloud and on-premise environments.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong software development experience in Go and Python.
• Working knowledge of networking and Linux-based systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive stability, performance, and scalability across global compute platforms.
• Build self-healing, fault-tolerant infrastructure and internal tooling.
• Operate and evolve GitOps delivery model using Rancher Fleet, Flux, and Helm.
• Own Kubernetes scaling and capacity strategies using Karpenter and HPA.
• Define and monitor service-level objectives and reliability metrics.
• Strengthen engineering practices through knowledge sharing and participation in on-call rotation.
