Job summary
The Senior Reliability Engineer develops and owns cloud infrastructure products that improve security, reliability, and scalability, with a focus on container orchestration and self-service platforms for product teams. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders, contributing to strategy and roadmap decisions, and mentoring teammates. The technology stack includes Kubernetes, AWS, Go, Linux, Terraform, Argo or similar continuous delivery solutions, and Istio or similar service mesh solutions.

Qualifications
- Production experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Solid experience with Go
- Experience with Linux, Terraform, and continuous delivery solutions such as Argo
- Networking experience with service mesh solutions such as Istio
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Good communication skills, ownership, and systematic problem-solving
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Backend development experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and own cloud infrastructure products for workload orchestration.
- Improve the security, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure and systems.
- Collaborate with product teams, customers, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to strategy, roadmap definition, and prioritization.
- Mentor and support team members.
