Job summary
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, build, and run reliable, scalable, and secure platform services for critical digital products. You will work in agile teams to ensure development teams have the necessary tools and support, while also mentoring others and contributing to the improvement of service quality and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience writing clean, maintainable code.
- Experience designing and improving distributed systems.
- Experience building applications in a containerised environment.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix and TCP/IP networking.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain shared service products.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Work closely with development teams to improve platform tooling.
- Build and improve reliable, secure and scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
- Support teams to adopt SRE practices.
- Contribute to observability across services.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and architecture colleagues.
- Support live service operations and incident response.
- Share knowledge and provide coaching to colleagues.
- Contribute to improving security and compliance practices.
