Job summary

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for the Robotics Platform, lead the development of automation and observability solutions for robotic software. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate their work into a cohesive platform, focusing on productizing internal systems into reliable services. This high-impact position directly shapes the reliability and performance of core technology for autonomous ground systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in software engineering with deep expertise in Python
  • Several years of relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as defense, automotive, or aerospace is ideal
  • Proficiency with modern cloud services, containerization, and CI/CD systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to driving technical alignment
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated work style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with Bazel build system is a plus
  • Proficiency in C++, Rust, or Go is a plus
  • Familiarity with PKI, identity management systems, and certificate management is an advantage

  • Manage and configure essential services and systems for development, production, and operation
