Qualifications
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of SRE principles (SLO/SLI design, error budgets, automation)
- Proficiency in Python or scripting languages
- Understanding of monitoring tools and observability frameworks
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD tools
- Expertise with containerization and orchestration platforms
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), SLIs and error budgets
- Collaborate with teams to embed reliability into design
- Automate operational tasks to reduce toil
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly
- Implement monitoring and observability systems
- Plan capacity and scaling strategies
- Contribute to incident postmortems
- Support adoption of SRE best practices
