Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Senior DevOps Engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability solutions.
• Experience managing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
• Understanding of production operations and reliability engineering.
• Passion for automation and solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Shape and operate Swift's enterprise OpenShift platform.
• Lead design and implementation of observability capabilities.
• Establish and evolve SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using ELK.
• Partner with application teams to onboard workloads.
• Drive incident management and post-incident learning.
• Design and enhance platform services on OpenShift.
• Operate and improve enterprise OpenShift clusters.
• Collaborate across platform engineering and application onboarding.
• Eliminate operational toil through automation.
• Automate processes through Infrastructure as Code and GitOps.
• Participate in on-call rotation for service reliability.
