Job summary

Aff*** is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance application performance and incident management within their Engineering team. The role involves leading engineers, collaborating across teams, and fostering a culture of quality and ownership while ensuring operational readiness and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
• track record of developing highly available distributed systems
• experience contributing to or driving parts of the Incident Lifecycle process
• 4+ years working in a Site Reliability or Production Engineering team
• demonstrated curiosity with empathy and strong opinions loosely held
• experience defining a technical plan for significant feature delivery
• experience making impactful changes in a large code base
• strong verbal and written communication skills
