Job summary
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Semios Group, you will ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure and services while leading infrastructure projects and mentoring team members.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- 3+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience managing observability stacks.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure projects.
- Plan and perform higher-risk maintenance.
- Resolve incidents and participate in on-call roster.
- Collaborate with product and software development teams.
- Mentor team members in SRE practices.
- Identify architectural changes to improve reliability and performance.
- Drive solutions for non-scaling system parts.
- Maintain and improve Service Level Indicators (SLI).
- Promote automation and continuous improvement.
