Job summary
Lead reliability engineering for a cloud application platform, advancing operations toward proactive automation and improving scalability, stability, and uptime across multi-cloud environments. Define observability standards and SLIs/SLOs, automate infrastructure, optimize CI/CD, and lead incident response while partnering with product and engineering teams. The work uses Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Terraform, Ansible, AWS, GCP, and Azure, with Go or Python and advanced Linux expertise.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of SRE, cloud operations, or DevOps experience
- Experience owning reliability for production platforms at scale
- Proficiency in Go or Python for automation and platform tooling
- Advanced knowledge of Linux internals, kernel parameters, networking protocols, performance profiling, and troubleshooting
- Expertise with cloud platforms and declarative infrastructure tools such as Terraform
- Ability to lead infrastructure initiatives independently and make architectural trade-offs
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability and observability strategy, including monitoring, alerting, logging, and actionable SLIs/SLOs
- Automate infrastructure and operational workflows across multi-cloud environments
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, zero-downtime releases
- Lead incident triage and blameless post-mortems
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate SRE practices into roadmaps
- Identify performance bottlenecks and evaluate technologies to improve platform stability
